The real estate agency « NEW EUROPE » was based in 1998 under general founder and president of company Akhundov Vafadar. The main purpose was:

to create information centre on the real estate in Baku city where should work qualified, solid, informed realtors who can give the necessary information about buying, selling, renting any real estate in city and also abroad. And today the «NEW EUROPE » company units 13 branches which was in different parts of city,which worked organized and together with correctly made legally documents. All these branches are connected by Information centre which was on 87а Azadliq ave. In the same place there was also the newspaper edition of «NEW EUROPE » headed by editor-in-chief Mikayilova Zuleykha. The newspaper edition was created in 2003 and reveales all problems of real estate, places free advertising and announcements from the population. And also our newspaper publishes articles about a political and scientific - cultural life in Azerbaijan .

In 2003 the “ New Europe ” company was created its primary organization YAP (Yeni Azerbaijan Partiyasi) with staff of 12 person. Now 30 person entered to this organization. All members of this party support a policy of the Azerbaijan president Ilham Aliyev, which policy accompanied by development of economy, cultures and growth of well-being of Azerbaijan people.
